What does the coaching process look like?

Beginning:
The coaching process can be different for each person, however new clients are recommended to start with an intake. An intake involves completing a questionnaire that will give us a platform from which to begin. We will spend our first hour to hour and a half clarifying this platform. After the intake, a minimum of four 45min-1hour sessions is recommended. Initial sessions are scheduled weekly.

Following up:
After clients complete an intake and four sessions, they decide if meeting/talking weekly is still helpful. Many find the weekly schedule to be productive for another four sessions, while many others find that every other week, once a month or a couple times a year is helpful. The goal of coaching is to move forward and move on.

**Sessions are completed over the phone or in person

Package 1:

8+ Weekly Sessions + Intake *discounted rate

  • One, 1-1.5 hour intake
  • At least 8 weekly 45min-1 hour weekly sessions
  • Email and Accountability support between sessions

Package 2:

4-7 Weekly Sessions + Intake

  • One, 1-1.5 hour intake
  • 4 to 7 weekly 45min-1 hour weekly sessions
  • Email and Accountability support between sessions

Package 3:

For those who have already completed package 1 or 2

  • Individually scheduled, 45min-1 hour weekly,monthly, or annual sessions
  • Email and Accountability support between sessions
